摘要
金属三明治板是在上下两块金属面板之间放置了支撑芯板,连接支撑芯板和面板从而成为整体结构。芯板的形状及焊接工艺会影响焊接接头性能进而对整个三明治板性能产生影响。本文首先采用激光焊接对船用钢T型接头进行了焊接工艺参数的优化,然后观察了不同工艺参数下对应的焊缝的宏观形貌及尺寸,并做了T型接头的弯曲、剪切试验。研究结果发现:T型接头连接处宽度越大其最大弯曲载荷和剪切载荷越大。间隙或偏移的存在会降低接头弯曲载荷能力。通过观察其断口特征发现,断裂为典型的平坦的剪切韧窝断裂。
Sandwich panel is a kind of structure which consists of top, bottom plate and core plate. The type of core and welding parameters can affect mechanical properties of sandwich structure. At first, the welding parameters were optimized by laser welding .Then ,the shear property and bending property of T-joint were studied. The results show that the wider the region between core and face plate, the higher the strength ofT-joint. The gap and laser deviation can weaken the mechanical properties ofT-joint. The observation ofT-joint shear surface have shown the fiat. The shear ductile fracture can dominate the shear fracture of T-type joint.
