消化酶的活性强弱与饲料的吸收利用有密切关系,而饲育方式、饲料组成等因素对消化酶活性也有一定影响。本试验对几种消化酶活性和蚕品种的饲料效率进行了测定和调查,结果表明人工饲料育蚕与桑叶育蚕中肠消化液淀粉酶、磷酸酶活性变化有明显差异,海藻糖酶以及蛋白酶等活性变化差异不大。人工饲料育,5龄蚕的食下量、消化量及茧质成绩均劣于桑叶育,但消化率、茧重转换效率及茧层转换效率高于桑叶育。
The activity of digestive enzymes is closely related to the intake and assimilation of the diet by the silkworm and the model of rearing and the composition of the diet exert are influence on the enzymes. In the experiment reported in this paper, significant differences existed between the artificial diet reared and mulberry leaf reared 5th instar silkworms in the activity of amylase and alkaline phosphatase in their midgut and of acid phosphatase in their blood. However, no significant differences were observed in the activity of trehalase and proteinase. In the respect of amount of ingested food, amount of digested food and cocoon performance, artificial diet reared 5th instar silkworms were inferior to mulberry leaf reared silkworms. The opposite was true for digestion rate, transformation rate of cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight. Those parameters were higher in artificial diet readed silkworms than in mulberry leaf reared silkworms.
