手术暴露桥小脑角对兔畸变产物耳声发射的影响

摘要 目的了解手术暴露桥小脑角对听觉的影响。方法选用纯种新西兰大白兔10只,暴露桥小脑角,用畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)监测听力的变化。结果在暴露桥小脑角后,不再做任何手术操作,DPOAE的幅值出现下降,并随着暴露时间的延长,DPOAE幅值逐渐减小。结论对于暴露桥小脑角的过程以及在桥小脑角区域内的任何操作,都可对听觉产生影响,并随暴露时间的延长而增强。 Objective To explore the effect of surgical exposure of the cerebellopontine angle on hearing. Methods Ten purebred New Zealand rabbits were selected to expose the cerebellopontine angle while the distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) was detected to monitor the changes in hearing. Results After the exposure of the cerebellopontine angle, without any further surgical operation, the DPOAE amplitude declined, and gradually decreased with the exposure time. Conclusions Both the exposure of the cerebellopontine angle and any operation in the region have an impact on hearing which was enhanced with the exposure time.
