聚乳酸纤维针织面料的生产实践

摘要 采用聚乳酸纤维在双面针织大圆机上开发一款新颖绿色环保型针织面料。阐述绿色环保聚乳酸纤维及其所生产面料的性能特点,并以生产实例提出了面料的编织工艺和染整工艺。该面料吸湿快干,且洗后外观如新,是制作运动服与T恤衫的理想面料。运用聚乳酸这个绿色环保型纤维,设计出新颖别致的针织面料,开拓了绿色针织产品的开发途径,创造出良好的经济效益。 The paper develops a new kind of environment-friendly knitted fabric by using polylactic acid fiber on the double-bed circular knitting machine. It introduces the environment-friendly PLA fiber and the characteris-tics of this kind of knitted fabric. Furthermore, it presents the knitting technology and dyeing and finishing process. The results show that the fabric bears good moisture absorption and fast-dry properties, and can still keep a new appearance after washing, which is suitable for making sportswear and T-shirt. The application of polylactic acid fiber in this paper can expand the approaches of developing of environment-friendly knitted fabric with good eeo-nomic and social benefit.
