摘要
组织工程带瓣管道(tissue engineered valved conduit,TEVC)是当前心脏外科研究领域中的热点问题。TEVC在动物体内实验以及临床试验之前,要对其生物学特性予以检测评估,以确保其具备实验中所需的各种生物学特性。因而生物学特性的研究已成为TEVC研究中不可或缺的部分。该研究范畴需借助相关多学科技术,以检测组织在生物力学、血流动力学、免疫学、形态学及生物相容性等其他相关方面的特性。文章对当前国内外在TEVC的生物学特性研究中的主要内容、方法、技术及新进展、新突破作一综述。
Tissue engineered valved conduit (TEVC) is a hotspot and urgent problem in the research field of cardiac surgery. But before the animal experiments and clinical trials, the biological characteristics assessment and detection are put on the first place to ensure that it has relative biological characteristics required for the above experiments. Thus, the study of biological characteristics has become an indispensable part of TEVC research field. The scope of the study requires the use of muhidisciplinary technology to detect the specimens in biomeehanics, hemodynamies, immunology, morphology, biocompatibility and any other related aspects. This review focuses on the research contents, methods, techniques and latest developments on biological characteristics of TEVC.
