摘要 CD74是一种非多态性Ⅱ型跨膜糖蛋白,2003年被发现作为巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)的高亲和力膜受体,参与MIF介导的多种信号通路,与炎性疾病、自身免疫疾病、代谢疾病、肿瘤疾病的发生发展密切相关。文章综述了CD74的相关文献。分析了CD74作为膜受体的功能及其介导的信号转导在疾病发生发展中的作用。 CD74 is a nonpolymorphic type II transmembrane glycoprotein, which was found to be a high-affinity receptor of the proinflammatory cytokine, macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in 2003. CD74 has been shown to function as a signaling molecule in several MIF-mediated pathways associated with inflammatory diseases, autoimrnune diseases, metabolic diseases and cancers. In this paper, we reviewed the literatures about CD74, aiming to discuss its function as a membrane receptor of MIF and its role in the mediation of signal transduction in disease
