摘要
以机车头结构部件材料Mn系低碳贝氏体钢为研究对象,研究了轧后不同回火温度对LCMB钢低温韧度的影响。结果表明,460℃回火保温2 h后,LCMB钢具有最佳的低温强韧度配合。
With Mn-contained low carbon bainitic steel used in machine head component as research object, the effect of tempering temperature on the low temperature toughness of LCMB steel after roiling was investigated. The results show that LCMB steel have optimal combination of strength and toughness by tempering at 460 ℃ for 2 h.
