摘要
以高Cr莱氏体钢模具为研究对象,通过分析其基本的化学组成和特性,概述了其失效原因。提出通过合理选择合金组成、加强日常维护和预先热处理等方法改善高Cr莱氏体钢模具的使用性能,提高使用寿命。
Failure reasons were summarized through the analysis of chemical composition and its basic characteristics of high chromium ledeburite steel. The results show high Cr ledeburite steel die performance can be improved by reasonable choice of alloy composition, strengthening daily maintenance and prior heat treatment.
