模具电刷镀PID控制修复研究

摘要 采用电刷镀PID控制修复方法进行3Cr2MnMo失效模具的修复试验,并与未进行电刷镀过程控制方法进行对比和分析。结果表明,与未进行过程控制修复工艺相比,电刷镀PID控制修复能使模具的表面硬度均匀性更好,有助于提高模具的表面硬度和在较高温度下保持良好的表面硬度,并显著改善模具修复后的耐磨性,200℃时磨损体积从62.3×10-3mm3减少至18.7×10-3mm3。 Adopting the brushing electroplating repairing mould based on PID control to repair 3Cr2MnMo failure mold, and were compared with the mold repairing method without brushing electroplating process. The results show that, compared with the mold repairing method without brushing electroplating, the mould using the brushing electroplating PID control repairing process can obtain better surface hardness with good uniformity, which helps to improve the surface hardness of the mold, and can maintain a good surface hardness at higher temperatures, and significantly improve the wear resistance of the mold after repair. The wear volume at 200 ℃ decreases from 62.3×10^-3 mm^3 to 18.7×106-3 mm^3.
