摘要
针对50 t电弧炉生产特种钢熔炼过程,原除尘风机由于采用液力耦合调速系统,存在着启动电流大、熔炼过程自始至终为工频额定转速长期运行,造成机械与电气设备寿命缩短、维护工作量大、电能浪费严重等诸多问题,决定对电弧炉的除尘风机进行变频技术改造。通过对电弧炉生产过程工艺分析,确定了除尘风机变频调速系统数字智能化控制的设计方案。方案实施运行结果表明,风机改造解决了上述诸多问题,不仅节约了风机的维修资金,每年还节约了大量的电能资金,经济效益显著。
The old model of the dust-removing blower for arc furnace (50 ton) in the process of producing special steels has a lot of problems, such as large startup current, long-running as specified speed (50 Hz) during melting, and etc. As a result, the equipment life of machines and electfics reduced and the workload for maintenance increased, and the waste of electric energy is serious. Based on the above problems, the technology of variable - frequency was reformed. After analyzing the producing process for arc furnace, a new digital, intelligent and control design for the dust-removing blower's frequency control of motor speed system was used, so as to solve the above problems. This new design saves a amount of the maintenance money electrical funs, has high efficient in economy.
