针对基于绿色铸造的水玻璃砂造型材料及造型工艺存在的主要问题,分析了产生问题的主要原因,阐述了解决问题的相应措施,从而实现低成本、低能耗、低污染、资源再生利用的清洁生产目标。

Aimed at the main problems in silicate sand production based on green casting, the causes of the problems were analyzed, the countermeasures to solve the problems were studied to realize production targets of low cost, low energy consumption, low pollution and regeneration of resource.
