摘要
以80 MN快锻机上横梁铸件为研究对象,通过结构工艺研究,分析了铸造过程中容易出现缺陷的部位,利用计算机仿真技术对铸造工艺中的冒口、浇注系统以及冷铁布置进行了优化设计。将优化方案应用于实践,有效降低了缺陷产生,提高了上横梁的力学性能。
Taking the cross-beam casting in 80 MN fast forging machine as research object, analyzing the position where castings are prone to defects according to the structure and the process, using computer simulation technology, the gating system and riser, cold iron layout were optimized. The optimized scheme is applied in practice to effectively reduce the defects, improve the mechanical properties of the cross-beam.
