压铸件凝固温度场有限元分析的实验验证

Experimental Verification of Finite Element Analysis for Solidification Temperature Field of Die-castings

为了验证盒形压铸件凝固温度场有限元分析计算结果的真实可靠性,采用与有限元分析相同的工艺参数进行实验。结果表明,盒形压铸件的有限元分析计算结果合理,证实只要相关参数设置合理,有限元分析计算的结果仍然是真实可靠的。

In order to confirm the reliability of the finite element analysis result of the temperature field of the box die-castings, the experiments were carried out with the same process parameters as the finite element analysis. The results show that the result of the finite element analysis is reasonable. The result of finite element analysis is true as long as related parameters setting is reasonable.
