摘要
为研究高速铣削参数和铣削方式对镁合金表面质量的影响,应用均匀试验设计对MgMnRE系耐热变形镁合金ME20M进行高速铣削试验,采用回归分析法建立镁合金高速铣削的表面粗糙度预测模型。结果表明:当vc为376.991 1m/min,fz为0.08 mm/z,ap为0.3 mm,ae为0.1 mm,表面粗糙度稳定在0.8μm以内;相同切削参数下,顺铣、逆铣的表面粗糙度变化趋势一致,逆铣的表面粗糙度值较小;在高切削速度、大每齿进给量、较大的切削深度条件下,顺铣与逆铣方式形成的表面形貌均出现了规律的犁沟现象。
In order to study the influence law of cutting parameters and milling methods on the surface quality of magnesium alloy in high speed milling process, the high speed milling test was carried out for heat- resistant magnesium alloy ME20M of MgMnRE series by using uniform expermental design. By using the method of regression analysis, the surface roughness prediction model of high speed milling for magnesium alloy was established. Experiments indicate that when vc= 376.991 1 m/ min,fi=0.08 mm/z, ap=0.3 mm, ao = 0.1 mm, the surface roughness of the material can stabilize within 0.8 μm; surface roughness trends of climb milling and conventional milling is consistent, surface roughness of conventional milling is smaller; under the conditions of high cutting speed, high feed rate per tooth, large depth of cut, regular furrows exist on the surface morphology by climb milling and conventional milling methods.
