摘要
为降低大型机械齿轮传动中产生的振动噪声及齿轮轻量化问题,以MG400/920—WD型采煤机中减速器齿轮为例,设计了泡沫铝填充结构的齿轮,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行静态和动态分析。验证了泡沫铝阻尼塞重型齿轮在矿山机械中应用的可行性和优越性。
In order to reduce the vibration noise and gear weight in gear transmission of large machinery, the gear in type MG400/ 920-WD for coal mining machine was taken as an example, preparatory design on a gear structure filled with foam aluminum was proposed, and the static and dynamic analysis Were carried out using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.
