肌细胞因子与运动康复

摘要 骨骼肌是人体最大的器官,大约占人体体重的40%。骨骼肌产生对身体各器官具有重要调节作用的一系列生物信号分子被称为肌细胞因子(myokine)。骨骼肌不仅是运动器官,还是机体的内分泌器官,其所分泌的肌细胞因子可能是运动参与疾病康复和预防的重要分子机制之一。本文对近年来肌细胞因子与运动及临床疾病间的关系进行了研究,现综述如下。
