维生素D及其类似物肾脏保护的基础与临床研究

摘要 维生素D的活性代谢产物活性维生素D,,即1,25-二羟维生素D3[1,25-(OH):D3]的作用分为“经典”与“非经典”。所谓的“经典”作用是指维生素D能够调节机体钙磷代谢平衡,而近年来维生素D的“非经典”作用更广受关注,如影响细胞周期、免疫调节、抑制炎症因子生成等,而这都是通过与细胞核内特异性维生素D受体(VitaminDreceptor,VDR)结合来发挥作用。目前有关维生素D的肾脏保护作用也颇受重视,本文将分别从基础与临床研究两方面来总结近几年国内外关于维生素D肾脏保护的研究进展。
