摘要
夏季对无花果硬枝插条采用 1 0 - 3吲哚丁酸浸泡基部 3min,然后扦插到覆有黑地膜的田块中 ,并喷以 5× 1 0 - 4多效唑处理 ,能明显促进苗木根系和枝梢生长 ,大大提高夏季扦插苗质量 ,从而为无花果夏季硬枝扦插苗的培育提供了一条新途径。单独采用 1 0 - 3吲哚丁酸浸泡插条基部进行促根处理 ,对根系和枝梢生长有一定促进作用 ,但效果不明显 ,若同时以黑地膜或杂草覆盖 ,则效果较明显 ;单独采用 5× 1 0 - 4多效唑进行抑梢处理 ,虽不利于枝梢生长 ,但较利于根系生长 。
The experiment promotes fig summer cuttings seeding quality largely by soaking cuttings base with 10 -3 IBA for three minutes, and inserting the cuttings in field bed covered with black plastic films, and spraying 5×10 -4 PP 333 . So the experiment creates a new method to breed seediling. Soaking the cuttings base with 10 -3 IBA for three minutes can also make an effect on the growing of roots and branches, but if the cutting bed is covered with black plastic films or straws, the effect will be better. Moreover, the conclusion is also concluded that it is not proper to only adopt spraying 5×10 -4 PP 333 on the cuttings.
