摘要
高等专科学校的学术骨干队伍在专业上应具有坚实的理论基础和广博的学识 ,在学术水平上应能在某一领域内 (即使是狭小的领域 )达到国内先进水平 ,在能力上应是某一行业或所在地区的权威。为此 ,要重视人才环境工程建设 ,提高中青年学术骨干的社会地位 ;要重视与市场经济相适应的分配制度建设 ,提高中青年学术骨干的经济地位 ;要建立高层次多元化的兼职导师制 ,及时、准确掌握社会有关行业急需的专业技术信息 ,推进产学研有机结合 ,同时 ,规范有利于学术创新人才脱颖而出的学校组织机制 ,定人。
The ranks of academic backbone in professional colleges should have a soild theoretical foundation and extensive knowledge in specialities, reach a domestic advanced level in one domain even a narrow domain as academic level concerned, and be the authority of one trade or region in term of ability. So construction of the talent environment should be taken seriously to improve the soical position of middle and young aged academic backbone, and the construction of distribution system suitable for market economy as well to improve their economic position. It is also important to build the system of part time tutors with high level and multiple line, timely and accurately keep market information about the demand of related trade for specialities, normalize college′s organization mechanism which benefits creative academic talents stick out from others, and select fixed persons and direction to foster the ranks of academic backbone with its own characteristic.
