摘要
目的研究绣球提取物虎杖苷(polydatin,PD)对实验性心律失常和急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用乌头碱、哇巴因、氯化钡和冠脉结扎诱导的心律失常模型观察绣球提取物虎杖苷的抗心律失常作用。结果绣球提取物虎杖苷对乌头碱、哇巴因及氯化钡诱发的大鼠心律失常有明显对抗作用,且能够剂量依赖性地降低大鼠冠脉结扎后室性心律失常发生率及死亡率。结论绣球提取物虎杖苷对乌头碱、哇巴因、氯化钡及冠脉结扎诱发的大鼠心律失常有明显保护作用。
Objective To assess the antiarrhythmic profile as well as anti-myocardial ischemia properties of polydatin (PD). Methods The antiarrhythmic effect of PD on aconitine induced rat arrhythmia, ouabain induced guinea pig arrhythmia, BaCl2 induced rat arrhythmia, and coronary ligation induced rat arrhythmia animal models were observed. Results PD significantly and dose-dependently increased the doses of aconitine and ouabain required to induce the arrhythmia indexes. In BaCl2 and coronary ligation induced rat arrhythmia model, PD shortened duration of arrhythmia, decreased incidence of ventricular tachycardia and mortality. Conclusion PD shows a significantly protective efficacy in aeonitine induced rat arrhythmia, ouabain induced guinea pigs arrhythmia, BaCl2 induced rat arrhythmia, and coronary ligation induced rat arrhythmia animal models.
