摘要
目的评价780户居民控油限盐膳食干预的结果。方法在26个县(区)各随机抽取一个村(社区),以具有膳食改善意愿为原则选取30户家庭,以膳食指导为干预手段,分别在膳食指导前后用称重法进行三日食用油和食盐摄入量的调查,计算以家庭为单位的每标准人日食用油和食盐摄入量。结果膳食指导后食用油、食盐和总食盐的摄入量均有明显的降低(P<0.01),食用油和总食盐摄入量的合格率明显上升(P<0.01)。结论膳食指导作为主要的干预手段可以有效的降低居民食用油和食盐的摄入量。
Objective To evaluate the result of intervention on providing dietary guidance to reduce salt and oil intake among 780 households. Methods One village or community were selected by random sampling method from each 26 counties, and according to the principle of willing to change their diets, 30 households were selected in each village or community. The daily salt and oil intake of per person were worked out by 3 consecutive days of food weighing method respectively before and after providing dietary guidance. Results The intake of salt and oil were significantly lower after providing dietary guidance than before(P 〈 0.01 ), the qualification rate of salt and oil intake were significantly increased as well (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Dietary guidance as a main intervention can effectively reduce the intake of salt and oil among households.
