Wnt诱导分泌蛋白-1与克罗恩病肠壁纤维化关系的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨Wnt诱导分泌蛋白-1与克罗恩病(CD)肠壁纤维化的关系。方法选取CD患者20例作为CD组,体检健康的20例作为对照组。根据CD组患者手术切除的肠段再分为正常肠壁组和病变肠壁组。利用RT-PCR法检测肠壁WISP-1 mRNA表达水平,Western blot法检测肠壁WISP-1蛋白表达水平。利用ELISA法测定CD组和对照组血清WISP-1水平。结果病变肠壁组WISP-1 mRNA表达水平与WISP-1蛋白表达水平明显高于正常肠壁组(P均<0.05)。CD组患者血清WISP-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Wnt诱导分泌蛋白-1与克罗恩病肠壁纤维化关系密切,其作用机制值得进一步研究。 Objective It is to explore the relationship between Wnt induce secretory protein- 1 (WISP- 1 ) and intestines fibrosis of Crohng disease(CD). Methods 20 surgery patients with crohng disease were selected as CD group, 20 healthy peo- ple of physical physical examination were selected as control group. The patients were divided into normal intestinal wall group and lesion intestinal wall group according to the surgical resection intestinal segments in CD group. WISP - 1 mRNA expres- sion level of intestinal wall was detected by RT - PCR method, WISP - 1 protein expression level of intestinal wall was detec- ted by Western blot method. Serum WISP - l level of the control group and CD group was detected by ELISA method. Results WISP - 1 mRNA expression level and WISP - 1 protein expression level of lesion intestinal wall group both were significantly higher than that of the normal intestinal wall group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The serum WISP - 1 level of CD group was significantly high- er than that of the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion WISP - 1 is closely associated with the intestines fibrosis of crohng disease, its mechanism of action is worth further studying.
