摘要
[摘要]目的探讨MMP-2在葡萄胎组织中的表达及其预测葡萄胎恶变的价值。方法收集清宫术后病理诊断为葡萄胎的30例患者首次清宫组织,并收集正常早孕(6—8周)无其他疾病、要求终止妊娠的20例绒毛组织。将组织分为正常绒毛组(20例)、葡萄胎组(24例)、侵葡组(3例),采用免疫组化方法检测MMP-2在各组的表达情况。结果MMP-2在侵葡组、葡萄胎组以及正常绒毛组的灰密度值依次为71.87±16.43,93.38±11.45,105.33±15.12,组间两两比较均有显著性差异(P均〈0.05)。结论MMP-2高表达可能在葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎发生发展过程中有促进作用,且有可能促进葡萄胎组织的恶变。
Objective It is to explore the expression of MMP- 2 in hydatidiform mole tissue, and its value for predicting the malignant change of hydatidiform mole. Methods 30 cases were pathologically confirmed as hydatidiform mole, and the collection of normal pregnancy (6 -8 weeks) without other diseases, to terminate the pregnancy villus tissues of 20 cases as control. The organization was divided into normal villi group (20 cases) , hydatidiform mole group (24 cases) , invasive hyda- tidiform mole (3 cases) , using immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of MMP -2 in each group. Results The average gray density value of MMP - 2 in invasive mole group, the mole group and the normal villi group were 71.87 ± 16.43, 93.38 ± 11.45, 105.33± 15.12 respectively. There were significant differences between any two of these three groups. Conclusion High expression of MMP - 2 may occur in hydatidiform mole development process, and may promote the malignant transforma- tion of hydatidiform mole.
