瘤果黑种草子总皂苷的长期毒性研究

Experimental study on chronic toxicity of total saponins from Nigella glandulifera Preyn et Sint

目的:观察瘤果黑种草子总皂苷连续灌胃给药90天对大鼠产生的毒性反应。方法:给大鼠灌胃不同浓度(分别为35、157和700mg/kg)瘤果黑种草子总皂苷90天,分别于给药45天、90天及停药后17天处死10只大鼠进行血液学、血液生化学及组织病理学检查。结果:瘤果黑种草子总皂苷不同剂量组大鼠在给药及停药恢复期间外观体征、行为活动、体质量、摄食量、血液学、血液生化学及组织病理学检查均未见异常,与正常对照组比较差异均无显著性。结论:瘤果黑种草子总皂苷长期用药对大鼠无明显毒性。

Objective： To observe chronic toxicity of total saponins from Nigella glandulifera Preyn et Sint on rats. Methods： Rats were given different concentrations total saponins from Nigella glandulifera Preyn et Sint （35,157 and 700mg/kg respectively） for 90 days. The hemotology and biochemistry indexes of ten rats in every group respectively were measured after 45 days, 90 days and recover 17 days after stopping ad- ministration, and organs were examined by pathological method. Results：The appearance, behavior, body weight, food intake, hemotology and biochemistry indexes and histopathological examination showed no significant difference between three total saponins from Nigella glandu- lifera Preyn et Sint groups and the control group during administration and recovery after stopping administration. Conclusion：Total saponins from Nigella glandulifera Preyn et Sint has no significant chronic toxicity to rats.
