Mieap与线粒体质量控制 被引量:2

摘要 线粒体质量控制(Mitochondrial Quality Control,MQC)是真核生物维持机体线粒体数量和功能相对稳定的重要机制。Mieap是最新发现的一种受p53/p63转录调控的分子,其通过修复或清除功能异常的线粒体,在MQC中发挥重要作用。本文对Mieap及参与MQC分子机制的相关研究成果展开综述,旨在更加系统地阐述MQC理论,并为线粒体相关疾病的防治提供参考。
