巨噬细胞在骨骼肌损伤和修复中的作用

摘要 巨噬细胞根据微环境的不同,表现出不同的表型,执行不同的功能。骨骼肌损伤和修复过程中,M1型巨噬细胞有促进组织损伤和清除碎片的作用,M2型巨噬细胞起到促进组织修复的作用,但发挥上述作用的机制尚需进一步研究。
