摘要
导管高频感应钎焊技术是国内航空领域刚刚兴起的一种先进的工业技术。详细论述了导管安装高频感应钎焊的原理、设备组成及工艺方法。根据国内该项技术的发展现状,结合在军机生产现场进行的大量试验和获得的数据,总结出实施该项技术的规律和方法,并就影响焊接质量的各种因素进行了深入分析并提出了改进方法,为某型号军机导管类零件钎焊制造过程提供了可靠的依据,对该焊接技术在航空领域更大范围的应用提供了参考。
The technology of the pipe-mounted high frequency interactive braze is an advanced technology of internal aviation. The principles, instruments and technical methods of the pipe-mounted high frequency interactive braze are discussed in this paper. According to the development of this technology and quantities of data in experiences on the operational scene, the regular pattern and method on application of this technol- ogy is summarized. The factors influencing the quality of braze are analyzed to gain methods of improve- ment. This paper provided reliable evidence for brazing of pipe mounted on a certain type of military aero plane, and it can also benefit the application of this kind of braze in aviation industry.
