摘要
由于九寨黄龙机场所处地理环境特殊,气象条件复杂,这些因素大大增加了航空公司在九寨—北京航线上的运行难度,传统程序受地基导航设备的限制,而RNP程序基于星基导航源,不受地基导航设备限制,提高了运行的灵活性以及安全余度。RNP程序在九寨—北京航线上的运行,降低了航线运行难度,保障了游客的出行,降低了运营成本,增加了经济效益,增加了航班时刻容量,提高了机场利用率,更好地保证飞行安全。
The special geographical environment and harsh weather conditions of Huanglong Airport in Ji- uzhai make the flight on Jiuzhai-Beijing route extremely difficult. Traditional flight procedures are subject to the limitations of ground-based navigation devices, compared with RNP procedures on the basis of satellite- based navigation source which is not restricted by ground-based navigation equipment, and which improves operational flexibility and security redundancy. The operation of RNP procedures on Jiuzhai - Beijing route not only reduced the difficulties of route operation, decreased operational costs, increased economic benefits and the flight time capacity, but improved the utilization of the airport, and guaranteed flight safety.
