摘要 Toll样受体(TLRs)是天然免疫系统中特异的Ⅰ型跨膜受体及病原体模式识别受体,在急性炎症反应、细胞信号转导和细胞凋亡中起重要作用。近几年来发现多种肿瘤细胞表达TLR,其中乳腺癌细胞表达TLR3、TLR4、TLR5和TLR9。有些TLR可能与乳腺癌的免疫逃逸和肿瘤进展相关,而有些TLR则可能参与了抗肿瘤作用。本文就乳腺癌细胞表达的常见几种TLR及其相关信号传导通路作如下综述。 Toll-like receptors are the specific type I transmembrane receptors and pathogen pattern recognition receptors in the innate immune system and play an important role in acute inflammatory response, cellular signal transduction and apoptosis. Recent i-esearch: indicate that many kinds of tumor cells express several TLRs. Some may be related to immune escape and tumor progression, but others may be involved in the anti-tumor immune responses. In this review, we summarize the main TLRs known to be expressed by breast cancer cells and their associated signal transduction pathways.
