核电用钢WB36CN1配管组合焊接工艺分析 被引量:5

摘要 根据核电钢材WB36CN1性能及特点,通过分析该钢材在核电配管工程中的焊接要点和难点,研究设计了不同于传统"手工氩弧焊打底+焊条电弧焊"焊接方法的新焊接工艺——"手工氩弧焊+焊条电弧焊+埋弧自动焊"(GTAW+SMAW+SAW)组合焊接工艺。该工艺应用于WB36CN1工厂配管焊接工程,经100%UT+100%RT+100%MT三项检验及测试,焊缝全部一次合格率100%,为核电工厂配制WB36CN1管道提供了基础工艺数据。 The key points and difficulties in welding in nuclear power piping engineering were analyzed according to the properties and characteristics of nuclear power steel WB36CN1.A new combined welding process 'GTAW + SMAW + SAW' method which is different from the traditional(GTAW + SMAW) welding process was designed.The new process was applied to welding of WB36CN1 factory piping in engineering.All weld seams are tested by 100%UT,100%RT and 100%MT.and the qualified rate is 100%,which provides the basic process data for nuclear power plant in WB36CN1 pipe line processing.
