摘要
筒体开孔时存在变厚度切割问题,通过理论分析及实际工作经验,提出了使用数控切割设备解决此类特殊切割问题的自动切割工艺技术,并将这种工艺技术应用于生产实际中,使切割质量明显改善。
The automatic cutting technology was proposed by using the CNC equipment based on the theoretical analysis and the working experience for the cutting problem of the shell with variable thickness,which was applied to the industry manufacturing.The results show that the product quality is improved and the manufacturing demand is satisfied.
