关节镜下带线锚钉治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折被引量：1

摘要目的探讨关节镜下带线锚钉治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折的临床疗效.方法对26例胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折患者,在关节镜下复位,使用Smith ＆ Nephew TwinFix 缝合锚钉带线锚钉固定.术后积极康复锻炼,随访8～28个月.结果所有骨折均完全愈合,患者没有不适症状,膝关节活动度正常.Lachman试验阴性,与健侧相同,Lysholm评分平均96.3分,治疗前后Lysholm评分分数、膝关节活动范围对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,膝关节活动度正常者24例,屈膝活动受限者2例,但均＞100°.结论关节镜配合下运用带线锚钉治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折,骨折断端复位简单、固定可靠,方法简便、易行,膝关节镜视下手术有助于关节内其他如半月板等合并伤的诊断和处理,创伤较小,早期即可行膝关节功能锻炼,有效促进关节功能恢复.
