摘要
校企合作是一个涉及多个部门的系统工程,哈肯提出的"协同理论"对职业教育校企合作有着很好的借鉴,其运行机理与内在机制为破解校企合作难题提供了有益的理论支撑和研究视角。利用"协同理论"可以构建多元平台下的校企协同发展模式,形成战略协同、知识协同、组织协同的三位一体模式,进而推动校企协同发展。
The school-enterprise cooperation is a system engineering involving multiple departments .The synergy theory put forward by Haken has a good reference for school-enterprise cooperation in voeational education,and its internal mechanism and operation mechanism provide the beneficial theory support and research perspectives for school-enterprise cooperation problem.Using the synergy theory can build the school- enterprise synergetic development under the multiple platform,and form the trinity model of strategic synergy, knowledge synergy and organization synergy, thus promote the synergetic development.
