Build and Practice on Appraisal System of University Authority Departments Based on the Web Platform

高校机关是学校战略决策、发展规划和制度体系的执行部门,如何提高高校机关部门的执行力,是现代大学制度保障体系建设的重要内容。根据机关部门主要职责和共性指标的完成情况构建评议指标体系,利用自主开发的机关部门评议软件系统,运用Web平台使评议数据在互联网上实现Web和数据库交互,能够使全校师生在客观、公正、民主的前提下实现评议的科学化、公开化,有效地促进机关部门执行力的提升。

University authority departments are executive agency to carry out the goal of running school, strategic decision-making, development planning.To improve executive force of authority departments is the important guarantee of the construction of the modern university system.In this paper,the main idea is to construct evaluation index system by review authority department main responsibilities and results of the common index.To use the self-developed authority department appraisal software system and the web platform to review data on the internet to realize the process of web and database interaction, make all the teachers and students in objective and fair and democracy atmosphere realize the appraisal of scientific, publicity, in order that to promote effectively the authority department force to improve.
