摘要
教师教育大学化指依据大学的逻辑,以高等教育机构为基地,对教学专业中的人员施行职前、入职和在职教育所采取的系统谋划。教师教育大学化具有发展历程渐趋完善性;发展模式各具文化差异性;变革内容兼顾整体性等特征。教师教育大学化过程中建立教师教育专业;组建专业化教师教育机构;形成教师教育二级学科等制度关涉大学化全局的发展,必须被提升到首要的位置,并成为教师教育大学化的当代旨归。
The university-orientation of teacher education refers to the systematic planning which based on the institutions of higher education according to the logic of university for the preservice,beginning and inservice education of the professional teaching staff .The university-orientation of teacher education owning the features developing process become perfect gradually,developing model appear cultural differences respectively, transforming content considering the integrity etc. During the university-orientation of teacher education process establishing teacher education speciahy,setting up professional teacher education institutions,forming the secondary discipline of teacher education institutions etc relating to the overall development of university- orientation. So they must be promoted the principal position and become the university-orientation of teacher education' s contemporary purport.
