高海拔藏族青年健康人群QT离散度变化特点

The QT dispersion change characteristics of the healthy crowd of young Tibetan living in high altitude

目的探讨不同海拔高度、不同民族、不同性别青年健康人群QT离散度(QTd)变化及高海拔向低海拔地区移居后QT离散度变化的关系。方法选取藏汉族男女学生志愿者各300名,共1 200名,对每一份心电图进行QTd分析,然后根据不同海拔、民族,将研究对象分为对照组①(世居平原的青年汉族学生QTd变化),对照组②(高海拔地区青年藏族学生移居1年后QTd变化)及观察组(世居高海拔地区青年藏族学生QTd变化)共3组进行组间比较,各组间根据性别分为男性组和女性组,各组间均进行男女性别QTd的比较。结果对照组①与观察组QTd两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);对照组②与观察组QTd两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);对照组①与对照组②QTd两对照组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),3组间比较同民族男女性别间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论海拔高度对藏族青年健康人群QTd的影响较明显,而与民族及性别关联不大。

【Objective】To investigate changes in QTd of healthy youth of different altitudes,nationality and gen- der as well as analyzing relations of QTd changes of people emigrating from high altitude to low altitude.【Methods】 4 groups of male Hans, female Hans, male Tibetans and female Tibetans with 300 students each are chosen as 1200 participants, QTd of whose electrocardiograms is analyzed. Then, according to the different altitude, nationality divid- ed into control group ①（QTd of Han youth living in low altitude）, control group ②（QTd of Tibetan youth living in high altitude after emigrating to low altitude for a year） and the observation group（QTd of Tibetan youth living in high altitude）. Comparison were made among these groups, each group according to gender is divided into a male group and female group, QTd comparison among the groups. 【Results】QTd of the control group ① differs signifi- cantly from that of the observation group（P 0.05）; QTd of the control group ② differs significantly from that of the observation group（P 0.05）; no significant differences between QTd of the control group ① and the control group ②（P 0.05）; there is no significant difference between QTd of males and females of same nationality（P 0.05）.【Con- clusions】QTd of the healthy crowd of young Tibetan is closely related to altitude but not so closely related to gen- der or nationality.
