摘要
当代大学教师流动更多与世界科学中心转移等重大议题保持紧密联系。而中国当前却面临着教师流动总体频率偏低、国际流动方向单一、国内流动渠道不畅、近亲繁殖严重等问题,这些问题又带来了学术职业的无序竞争,从而影响学术职业的健康发展。全球范围内普遍缺乏有关大学教师流动规律的研究。本文结合一手调查数据,就中国研究型大学教师流动的频率、路径和类型展开研究。研究发现:中国研究型大学教师流动频率整体偏低;不同类型高校教师流动频率差异大;流动主要归为六种类型。
Nowadays university faculty mobility transfer of world science center. Chinese universities is increasingly related to significant issues such as the are faced with low frequency and uni-direction of faculty mobility, unsmooth mobility channel and academic inbreeding, which lead to disorderly competition in the academic labor market. Based on first-hand survey data, the paper analyses the frequency, paths and types of faculty mobility in Chinese research universities. The findings are as follows: The general mobility frequency of Chinese university faculty is relatively low. There are discrepancies in faculty mobility frequency between different types of universities. Six types of faculty mobility can be identified.
