摘要
当前我国的八年制医学教育备受学校和学生的青睐,但其培养模式的构建却形式多样、争议颇多,引发了人们对八年制医学教育培养质量的质疑。本文通过文献和近3年的访谈调查,对截至2011年年底教育部批准12所院校试办的八年制医学教育的培养模式进行分类比较,分析各类模式的优缺点并提出改革建议,希望能为八年制医学教育培养模式的完善提供一定的参考。
Up to now, the eight-year medical education program has been favored by many medical schools and students in China. However, the existence of various forms of cultivation mode has triggered heated disputes on the quality of the program. Based on literature review and three years" investigation and interview, the authors conduct a comparative study on the cultivation modes of twelve accredited programs, and classify them into five categories. Based on the merits and drawbacks of each category, the authors put forward several suggestions for the improvement of the eight-year medical education program.
