摘要
目的研究铬和钒联合亚慢性染毒对小鼠血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和谷丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活力及血糖(Glu)含量的影响。方法将70只健康6-8周龄清洁级雄性昆明小鼠随机分为7组,分别为对照(蒸馏水)组和1.71mg/kg(1/100LD50)、3.42mg/kg(1/50LD50)、17.10mg/kg(1/10LD∞)重铬酸钾单独染毒组及1.71、3.42、17.10mg/kg重铬酸钾和0.90mg/kg偏钒酸铵联合染毒组,每组10只。采用经口灌胃方式进行染毒,染毒容量为20ml/kg,每天1次,连续染毒30d。测定小鼠血清AST、ALT的活力和Glu的含量。结果与对照组比较,3.42、17.10mg/kg重铬酸钾染毒组及其与0.90mg/kg偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清ALT活力均增高,各剂量重铬酸钾单独染毒组和各剂量重铬酸钾与偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清AST活力均增高,而17.10mg/kg重铬酸钾及其与0.90mg/kg偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清Glu含量均下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与相同剂量重铬酸钾单独染毒组比较,3.42、17.10mg/kg重铬酸钾与0.90mg/kg偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清ALT活力均增高,各剂量重铬酸钾和偏钒酸铵联合染毒组小鼠血清AST活力均增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。且随着染毒剂量的升高,小鼠血清ALT、AST活力均呈上升趋势,血清Glu含量呈下降趋势。结论铬和钒联合亚慢性染毒可使小鼠血清AST和A坍活力增高及血糖含量降低。
Objective To explore the effect of combined exposure to chromium and vanadium on the levels of serum AST, ALT and blood glucose (Glu) of mice. Methods A total of 70 clean and healthy male Kunming mice aged 6-8 weeks were randomly divided into seven groups:the control group (distilled water), the potassium dichromate exposure groups with different doses of 1.71 mg/kg (1/100 LD50),3.42 mg/kg (1/50 LDso), 17.10 mg/kg (1/10 LD50) body weight,and combined effect groups exposed to potassium dichromate and ammonium metavanadate [(1.71±0.90), (3.42±0.90), (17.10±0.90) mg/kg body weight], 10 in each group.The treatments were conducted through gavage for 30 consecutive days. After the end of exposure,the Glu content and ALT, AST activities were tested. Results Compared with the control group,the ALT activities in chromium exposure group (3.42, 17.10 mg/kg) and the same dose of combined exposure group were higher;The AST activities were higher in chromium exposure group and combined exposure group;The levels of Glu in 17.10 mg/kg ehrmnium exposure group and the same dose of combined exposure group were lower (P〈0.05). Compared with potassium dichromate group alone,the ALT activities in combined action groups exposed to potassium dichromate and ammonium metavanadate [(3.42±0.90), (17.10±0.90) mg/kg] were higher;the AST activities were higher in combined exposure group(P〈0.05). As the close of potassium dichromate increased, the activities of AST,ALT were increased, the levels of Glu were decreased. Conclusion Combined exposure to chromium and vanadium may cause joint toxicity and increase the activities of AST, ALT and decrease the content of Glu in mice.
