摘要
金世宗时期廉政建设的卓有成效与其实施正确的廉政举措密切相关。金世宗通过以身作则和节用恤民倡行廉政;坚持以廉为准选任官吏,以便在官场形成清廉之风;通过建章立制,尽可能减少官员腐败的机会;坚持严格监察与重典惩贪相结合,以使亲贵束手、百僚畏惧。金世宗一手倡廉、一手治腐的"两手抓"的廉政思想,在其执政期间得到了切实推行,涤荡了前朝官场的贪贿之风,取得了风清政明的廉政实效。
The successful construction of Integrity is closely related to the right measures during the period of Jin Shizong. Jin Shizong attached great importance to the anti - corruption legislation. In order to form the clean wind in otticialdom , Jin Shizong ad- hered to honesty as the standard to the appointment and promotion of officials. He combined the strict supervision and punishment to make all the officials fear. His successful experience of clean government got practical practice also obtained the actual effect.
