摘要
为解决货车制动软管人工试验中存在的问题,提出了一种基于PIC单片机的货车制动软管试验装置,介绍了系统方案设计、硬件组成及软件实现方法。该系统利用单片机可实现制动软管风水压试验的自动检测、信息存储、打印和查询。
A test device for freight car braking hose based on PIC MCU is put forward in order to solve the problems existing in manual testing for freight car braking hose.The system scheme design, hardware composition and software realization method are described.The automatic inspection,information saving,printing and inquiry in the air and water pressure tests for braking hose can be realized with the MCU in the system.
