黑龙江省教育援疆工作成效的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Effectiveness of the Heilongjiang Province Education Aid Work in Xinjiang

新一轮援疆工作开展以来,黑龙江省综合实施"短长结合"、"基础教育和职业教育相结合"、"软件支援和硬件支援相结合"的教育援疆模式,积极开展教育援疆工作,对于提高新疆教育教学质量、促进新疆经济社会发展发挥了重要作用。但教育援疆工作中还存在着一些问题,有待于进一步调查研究,完善机制,确保实效。

Since the implementation of the new round of aid work in Xinjiang, through a comprehensive implementation of the education aid model in Xinjiang, including the combination of short-term and long-term plans, the combination of basic e- ducation and vocational education, and the combination of software and hardware support, Heilongjiang Province has been actively carrying out the education aid work in Xinjiang, and plays an important role in improving the education and teach- ing quality in Xinjiang and promoting the economic and social development in Xinjiang. However, in the education aid work in Xinjiang, there are still some problems which need further investigation and study, and the system should be improved to ensure the effectiveness of the work.
