党校培训是加强大学生思想政治教育的有效途径,在党校培训中运用网络交互式教学,可以实现教师与学生之间的相互交流和成功沟通。文章通过分析党校培训中传统封闭式教学存在的问题,以及网络交互式教学的应用给高校党校建设带来的新机遇,积极探索了高校党校建设的新途径,并从党校培训网络交互式教学的实施与应用、监督和评价等方面提出了建议。

Abstract Party school training is the effective way of strength- ening college students＇ ideological and political education. Ap- plying online interactive teaching in the Party school training, we can achieve the mutual communication and interaction be- tween teachers and students. With the analysis of the problems in the traditional close-ended teaching of the Party school and the new opportunities for building college Party school through the application of the online interactive teaching, it actively explores new avenues for the building of Party school in col- leges and universities, and offers suggestions on the implemen- tation, application, supervision and evaluation of the online in- teractive teaching in the Party school training.
