摘要
"卓越医生教育培养计划"的目的是为解决医学人才培养模式单一、职业道德和临床能力培养不足等方面的问题。本文以湖南省某医科院校为研究对象,通过调查问卷及访谈等方法,从学生、学科自身、教师、社会等四个方面分析当前医科院校人文学科教育过程中存在的问题和困境,并以此为出发点,提出构建"阶梯式"、"四维一体"等人文学科模式的对策和建议。
"Education and training program for excellent doc- tors" is intended to eliminate the single training mode of medi- cal talents and the lack of cultivation in professional ethics and clinical abilities. Taking a medical university in Hu'nan Province as the research object, through questionnaires,inter- views and other methods, the existing problems and predica- ments of the education of humanistic disciplines in medical u- niversities are analyzed from such four aspects as students, the disciplines themselves, teachers, and the society, and with it as a starting point, countermeasures and suggestions such as con- structing "ladder-typed" and "four-in-one" mode for human- istic disciplines are proposed.
