地方高校关于创建教学研究型大学的思考

Reflections on the Construction of Teaching and Research University in Local Universities

对建设教学研究型大学应满足的基本条件进行了归纳,以石家庄铁道大学为例,论述了建设教学研究型大学的必要性和可行性,对比分析表明,该校目前在建校历史、学校规模、人才培养、科学研究等方面已达到建设教学研究型大学的基本条件,但在学科建设和研究生培养方面仍有较大差距。在此研究基础上,提出了下一步教学建设中应重点开展的有关工作。

This paper makes a summarization of the basic con- ditions of constructing a teaching and research university, and with Shijiazhuang Tiedao Univers!ty as the example, expounds the necessity and feasibility of constructing a teaching and re- search university. The comparison and analysis shows that the founding history, university size, talent cultivation and scientific research of this university have reached the basic conditions of a teaching and research university, but disciplinary construction and postgraduate cultivation are still far from the requirement, so based on this, this paper proposes the key work in the next step of construction.
