摘要
在对小学教师培养模式进行探索与改革的过程中,课程设置一直是讨论的关键因素。本研究通过对中外小学教师培养的课程方案进行比较研究发现,国外小学教育专业课程结构中通识课程所占比重较大,涉及领域广泛而且与学科专业课程紧密联系;教育基础课程具有面向小学教育的针对性,特别重视研究并尊重儿童心理发展特点与规律;教育实践安排具有层次性与连续性,教育实践具有系统的目标与要求。
In the process of exploration and reformation of cultivation model for primary school teachers, curriculum provision has been a key factor in discussion. By comparing Chinese cultivation course schemes of primary school teachers with that of foreign countries, this research found that in foreign countries, general education curriculum accounts for a bigger proportion of primary education specialty courses structure, covering wider fields and linking more tightly with the specialized subjects; basic teaching curriculum points at elementary education, children's psychological development characteristic and law given more attention and followed; education practice arrangement is coherent and successive, with systematic objectives and requirements.
