Business Collaboration Model Construction for Power Grid Asset Management

在电网企业提出资产全寿命周期管理理念的背景下,结合电网企业资产的特点和管理需求,从资产协同管理存在的问题入手,通过分析资产在不同阶段管理对象和管理方式的差异,提出针对电网企业的基于资产全寿命周期管理理念的基建工程资产管理业务协同模型,并通过对资产协同管理关系模型和资产协同管理机制的研究,实现各部门跨专业、跨业务的协作和交接,建立闭环的资产流程管理模式,实现电网企业资产管理模式从条块化管理向流程化服务管理的转变,对提高资产管理效率和效益具有重要的指导意义。

In the context of asset life cycle management advocated by power grid enterprises, considering the asset characteristics and management requirements of power grid enterprises, as well as the existing problems in collabora-tive asset management, this paper analyzes the differences in asset management objects and styles in different phases, and proposes the business collaboration model for infrastructure project asset management. Then based on the research of the relation model and mechanism of collaborative asset management, it implements business collaboration and ban- dover across the various departments and professions, sets up the loop-closed asset process management mode, reali-zes the transformation of grid enterprise asset management mode from the segmented management to the process serv-ice management, significant in improving the asset management efficiency and benefits.
