摘要
研究了基于V2G的EPS储能源容量配置现状与待恢复区域应急电源需求问题,考虑电网的社会关联影响,提出了基于EPS功能的城市电网应急电源优化方案。根据恢复区域优先级确定综合指标权重系数;在保证电动汽车次日正常工作前提条件下(时间约束,容量约束等),以网络总费用最小为目标函数,利用三角模糊数表征应急电源物流时间的不确定性,求解EV最优路径;通过遗传算法得出应急电源最优分配方案。通过算例分析结果对验所提模型的合理性与有效性进行了验证。
This paper researches the V2G-based energy storage capacity configuration of emergency power supply (EPS), and the ESP demand in the area to be restored. Considering socially related influence of power grid, the ur- ban power grid EPS optimization scheme is proposed based on EPS functions. First, determine the composite indicator weight coefficient according to the priority of restoring region; second, on the premise that the normal work of the e- lectric vehicle is guaranteed the next day ( including time constraints, capacity constraints, etc. ), take the minimum network total cost as objective function and use triangular fuzzy numbers to characterize the uncertainty of EPS logistic time and solve the optimal EV path; finally, formulate the optimal EPS scheme through genetic algorithm. The calcu-lation example analysis verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model.
