摘要
通过对溶剂、助表面活性剂和乳化剂的筛选,成功配制出10%杠柳根皮提取物微乳剂。所制微乳剂成分为:w=10%的杠柳根皮浸膏,w=5%的DBca,w=10%的农乳400,w=21%的甲醇。w=12%的环己酮,其余用水补足至100%。主要技术指标:杠柳根皮浸膏质量分数10%,其中有效成分杠柳新苷T的质量分数为0.08%;外观为黄色透明均相液体;pH为5~8;透明温度范围为=5~70℃;与水可以任意比互溶;制剂反复冷冻后,在室温下能自行恢复为透明均相液体;(54±2)℃的条件下,贮存14d,杠柳新苷T的分解率为4.8%(〈8%)。各项技术指标均符合商品农药的要求,田间药效表明该制剂对菜青虫有较好的防效,具有推广价值。
The studies of processing to microemulsion (ME) had been carried out. By choosing the op timal organic solvents, co-surfactant, and surfactant system for ME, Periploca sepium 10% ME were successfully developed. ME constitute and ratio are w=10%root bark extract, w=5% DBS-ca, w= 10% PE400, w=21% methanol, w=12yclohexanone, andw=42% water. ME technician inde- xes are as follows: extract content w= 10 %, in which the main insecticidal ingredient periplocoside T content 0.08%; appearance homogeneous yellow transparent liquid; pH 5 to 8; transparent tempera- ture range --5 to 70 ℃ ; miscible with water, no any precipitation and suspension; (54--2) storage 14 days,main active ingredient periplocoside T decomposition rate is 4.8% (less than 8%). Technical indexes accord with the requirements of commodity pesticide. Field efficacy indicates that the dosage form has good control effect to the cabbage caterpillar , has value of popularization.
