摘要
采用高温熔融法制备了Er3+/Yb3+共掺杂的磷酸盐玻璃陶瓷,测试和分析了其吸收光谱和975nm泵浦下的上转换和近红外发射光谱。X射线衍射(XRD)测试表明,玻璃陶瓷中的晶粒组成为Mg2P2O7,尺寸为30~40nm。根据Judd-Ofelt(J-O)理论、McCumber理论和Fuchtbauer-Ladenburg(F-L)方程等方法,分别计算了基质玻璃和玻璃陶瓷中的强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)、Er3+在1540nm附近的吸收截面和受激发射截面。讨论了Er3+在基质玻璃和玻璃陶瓷中的上转换和近红外发光特性。
Era+/Yba+ co-doped phosphate glass ceramic was prepared by high temperature melting method. Its absorption spectra, upconversion and near infrared fluorescence spectra under 975 nm excitation were measured and in- vestigated. The XRD patterns show that the composition of crystals in glass ceramic is Mg2 P2 07, and the dimension of crystals is 30-40 nm. The parameters Ωt (t= 2,4,6), absorption cross section and emission cross section of Er3+ at 1540 nm were calculated by Judd-Ofelt theory, McCumber theory, Fuchtbauer-Ladenburg (F-L) formula, respective- ly. The upconversion and near infrared fluorescence spectra of Er3+ ion in glass and glass ceramic were compared.
